Focus and Scope

The JOURNAL OF INSTITUTIONAL STUDIES electronically publishes original manuscripts twice a year and free of any charge on institutional theory and related subjects as Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, State Theory, Political Science, Political Philosophy and Law & Economics.

The Editorial Scope is Institutional Theory mostly related to Constitutional designs of contemporary democracies. The Journal concentrates on subjects as constitutional systems, separation of powers, federalism, judicial review and institutional behavior, among others.
